Memberships and perks are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another account.

Purchasing a role or membership does not exempt anyone from DustFall 3x server or Discord rules.

Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or payment disputes may result in removal of purchased benefits and suspension from the DustFall community.

DustFall 3x reserves the right to modify, rebalance, replace, or discontinue benefits when necessary for server balance, stability, or technical compatibility.

Service interruptions, server wipes, game updates, platform outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect access to purchased benefits.

DustFall 3x is a community-operated Rust Console Edition server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Double Eleven, Facepunch Studios, or Rust Console Edition.
